2008 Commemorative Ornament • • •

The official 2008 Roper Mountain Holiday Lights commemorative ornament is fashioned after our newest addition to the show, Santa's sleigh.  The fully restored Portland Cutter sleigh is over 100 year old.  Everyone is welcome to sit in the sleigh while visiting with Santa in Winter Wonderland. 

The Sleigh ornament is cast in fine pewter and is the second of a collector series produced by Roper Mountain Holiday Lights.  This beautiful keepsake ornament will be a wonderful addition to your Christmas tree and can be passed down to your children to cherish for years to come! The ornament comes with a satin ribbon and velvet bag. The price of the ornament is $15 and it can be purchased at the Winter Wonderland gift shop or during school hours at the information desk at the Roper Mountain Science Center.  Proceeds from the ornament benefit local Rotary Charities and the Roper Mountain Science Center Association.

The 2007 ornament 'Buck Mickel Star' is 24kt gold plate on brass and it can also be purchased for $10.
